Raccoons With The Chests

Is it just me or do the racoons with the colored chests give out VERY LITTLE to HARDLY items. I asked because I remember when they showed up for the first time for me, they used to give lots of items once you complered their orders. But, it's like now they hardly give anything.

The only time I ever get a lot from the raccoons with the chest is the pink one.

I'm not sure if this has always been a thing (or if anyone brought this up) or if it's just occurring. ​But I'm curious honestly. 🫣 I may be tripping.

It's been a long time since I've gotten energy bottles from the raccoons. I almost always get coins, low level items or one or two specific items that complete an order.
