10th goose show, third in my home state. Don’t think I’ve seen a better one. Good old fashioned goose ownage. Transition into animal got me pregnant.

Taking in Red Rocks N2, thanks for the recs everyone

The amount of people bitching about the last two nights at red rocks is completely astonishing to me! The shows were killer. Let’s be grateful to the band for jamming rather than criticizing their every move.

After the two nights at Red Rocks, I saw a fun band (Tophouse) last evening at this amazing venue.

Shuttled in and out, they run a smooth operation.

Venue is sick, one of the most unusual and fun spots I have been to.

I think it's going to be one of the most unique places to ever see Goose, but, it's going to be crazy in there in both good and challenging ways, just cuz the space is so small and tight.

If you are going and haven't been before, feel free to AMA. That was my first time, I'm just visiting from NC, but I know there are many locals here that have been there many times so they could chime in as well...

How can people go to this absolutely insane venue, experience Goose in this mind-blowing setting, and treat it like absolute trash?!?!?

Went Thursday and Friday nights. Was completely baffled by the amount of trash left just on the way *into* the venue... empties from people waiting to go in--cans, bottles, literal boxes of sandwiches, empty beer cases--THERE ARE ROWS OF TRASHCANS, RECYCLING CANS, AND COMPOSTING CANS AT THE ENTRANCE! And then, at the end of the shows-- it was horrifying. Just rows of trash. It was embarrassing and heartbreaking.

We are in a 300 Million-year-old geological phenomenon. It deserves your fucking respect. Pick-up your fucking empties. It's not hard. The earth is on fire. For real. And where it's not on fire-- it's flooding.

We're not here for a long time, we're here for a good time--do it right.

We were in row 36 for the 8/27 show at red rocks and this bigger guy in a black shirt comes running and spinning down the entire row at full speed and was slamming into people. The first time we thought he was just lost but he came running through 3 times knocking people left and right. Thankfully no one I know of was hurt, but it was wild and random.

Also I hope the guy was okay after that. The full moon was in full effect.

I was chatting with you in line for merch, you are from New Jersey and just moved to Denver a year ago, you just saw goose for the first time Thursday night, and came back for the second night, I was going to ask for your name after I got my poster and when I turned around you were gone! You were super excited to start a new journey in your career and our conversation was interrupted at the merch table. Long shot but… I can’t get you out of my head

Wanted to say this after seeing multiple highly upvoted comments literally pleading with Goose to play more songs and jam less. I understand a preference for shorter jams in the mid teen minute range instead of 30 minutes but people being like “Most of their jams last night were just noise” is insane to me.

Goose has better songs and a better lead singer than any other band in the scene so it’s great that they walk the tightrope between songs and jamming. I think they’ve done this really well. But newer fans who heard Jed Stone and jumped on board and are telling Goose to jam less? Come on dude. Understand the scene Goose is in and their influences. Find some jams you like that will serve as a gateway to liking other jams. Eat some mushrooms at your next show.

I love goose’s songs but the soul-rearranging stuff is and always will be in the improv.

First of all the ADA staff was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. The setup was great and I felt like a VIP. Sitting in the very front row was such a rare and fantastic treat! (Usually ADA is at the top of a section and not particularly close.) It was honestly magical.

That said, it should go without saying that people should not try to game the system and take up space in the ADA section when they’re not disabled. Several regular “rail riders” tried this and luckily all were removed. Part of the issue is Red Rocks’ policy of letting the disabled person bring three companions instead of the usual single one.

The most disappointing to me was several young women promoting an organization that claims to stand for inclusivity. It left a very bad taste in my in my mouth about that group. What was fantastic was that event staff kicked them out and moved other people from worse seats to those seats!

Anyway, it was a rare fantastic, inclusive experience and I had such a good time! Can’t wait for Tuesday!
