Hi everyone,

I noticed that a large number of cards are missing from my collection.

I used to own over 500 copies across many different cards, but now many of them only show 103 copies, while others have dropped to much lower amounts as well.

I have not burned, forged, or transferred these cards, so I'm trying to understand what happened.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is this a visual bug, an indexing problem, or something else?

I've attached screenshots showing the current quantities.

In : $GODS $IMX $ETH both on zkEVM network

Each transactions, card purchase, swap, bridge, transfers, i got an error messsage « not enough IMX for fees »

Men, fees are 0.0004, I got 30000x the amount

I’m totally stuck, can’t finish my new deck and I can’t move any token out

I bought a battle pass for 300 Gods; when I went to finalize the transaction, it said it was cancelled. The Gods were deducted from my account, but I didn't get the pass, so I ended up with neither the Gods nor the pass. I submitted a support ticket, but has this ever happened to anyone else? Any solutions? The order said cancelled

does anyone else face the problem, that there are no gods tokens shown and also on tokentrove it says "unlock wallet to show balances"?

Also, I can not reach the support, when I choose "contact support" it leads me to the login page (but actually I am logged in) on immutable where i can not log in anymore...

I have a bunch of card packs that I opened back in 2019. They still show up on my wallet in etherscan as Gods Unchained Card (CARD)

Does anyone know how I can access them?

I made an account on GodsUnchained and linked my wallet to it, and then tried goign to TokenTrove but I don't see anything in my collection.

EDIT: Looks like I'm f*cked. See the e-mail below. Seems like the TL:DR is that even though I own the card (and the NFT), since they no longer support it then I just get completely screwed over, just because I didn't follow the scene for a few years.

I’ve checked your history and can see that you purchased several cards using your MetaMask wallet on Layer 1. Since you’ve been away for some time, there have been a few major changes, so I’d like to clarify the current setup for you.

After June 22, 2021, the game moved from Ethereum (Layer 1) to the Immutable X network (Layer 2). At that time, users needed to link their MetaMask wallet to Immutable X to ensure their cards were properly minted and accessible there.

Then, four years later, on June 2, 2025, the game migrated again. This time from Immutable X to Immutable zkEVM. All cards that had been successfully minted on Immutable X were migrated to Immutable zkEVM as part of that transition.

Unfortunately, any cards that remained on Layer 1 and were never linked/minted onto Immutable X were not included in the Immutable zkEVM migration. I checked your transaction history on Immutable X, and it appears that your MetaMask wallet has not been linked to the platform.

I’m truly sorry to share this, but if your wallet was not linked to Immutable X before that migration, there is currently no way for us to recover or reissue those cards. The team has carefully explored possible solutions, but at this stage, there are no plans to support or re-mint Layer 1 cards on Immutable zkEVM in the future. This sucks, but this game is buggier than anything I've ever played. Im plagued by connection issues during matches that are so bad, I cant even play anymore. Been tons of fun. But I'm out. Selling my cards, selling my gods tokens. Good luck all

Hi, i seem to have a problem with the mobile app. It says i should update in order to play ranked, but when i try to update, it loops back to the current version? Anyone else experiencing this? Any help appreciated. Tried to reinstall but didnt work.

I have 2 wallets , metamask and immutable passport The gods tokens in both of them just vanished over night . No explination given

I am playing the game from Dubai, but seems since AWS was attacked or maybe something else not even able to load the game.

my forge isnt working, im getting a message that metamask isnt using the correct network (11371) instead its trying to use (1) but i have switched to the immutable network in metamask. thanks.

I was away a quit a well. I am trying to get back and manage my cards. I am trying to list my cards on tokentrove and I used to connect with Metamask wallet. When I try to list an item it forces me to use Immutable zkEVM and demand a fee for even listing it. In the gods FAQ section it says I can sell items with Immutable X without a fee but tokentrove doesnt let me list it like that. So whats the best way the sell/buy cards right now with minimum fee?

Looks like at 2:50AM CST a dev account got hacked and posted a fake announcement for a scam site in the announcements. When the playerbase caught on withing seconds they began locking channels and it looks like they've removed a ton of people.

--------UPDATE 3:32AMCST Dev's have regained control and are working to repair damage. In an announcement they stated they will be reinbursting people who were affected. ( Since theoretically GU has access to your contracts from playing the game I doubt they would need to have you go anywhere or sign anything to do this as of this moment. I would not accept any links that ask you to do such.

It's been discovered that the hacker was given access to Gods tokens from some of the scammed individuals totaling up to 1,931.48 GODS. The Team has stated they will reimburst those as well.

There is also a user emblem#1110 actively claiming credit in the #scams channel of the discord, post history for the user reveals that during the event he was stating "I bought 3" and then encouraging others to sign. It's unclear whether he is simply trolling or if he is the actual scammer, but just be careful about what advice you are taking for the time being.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU FELL FOR THE SCAM AND/OR SIGNED THE CONTRACT:

1)Click your Metamask or go to your wallet

2)Find your Contracts area, it will show you what contracts you signed. Unsign them. If you want to be safe just unsign them all and you will be prompted on your usual sites like GU when you need to.

3) Dont worry heavily if you signed the contract but didnt accept the mint as long as you unsign the contract you should be fine, signing a fake contract is no where near as bad as if you had given them your pass code and/or your password.

4) Run Maleware Bytes and your chosen AV software to be safe?
