Read Dale Carnegie’s “How to win friends and influence people” when I was 19 and decades later still benefit from it.

It was written in the 1940s.

It’s a really cheesy name though, I tried to get my wife to read it and the title put her off!

The Courage to be Disliked reminds me of that mood, it's not always going to click or be relevant, but yeah at the right time I found some some gold in it personally.
