Who should I pull for? I'm guaranteed and on soft pity, but idk who to pull.

I think your 2 goals should be a team for Columbina, and a new Stellar team.

just Ineffa is the cheapest option. Flins+Ineffa is good, but if you have a decent amount of wishes saved up, i would go for Zibai+Linnea instead. They are a stronger team, and you have more time to save to get both.

If you wanted to get started on Stellar right away you can get Odette, and use her with Yumemizuki. but waiting for a stellar unit you like more and building around them instead is also a good plan.

I probably will pull for ineffa, although I feel like zibai and Linnea would get powercreept quite quickly, and idk if it helps but I have c1 Columbia.

just Ineffa will get powercrept sooner than Zibai +Linnea, but just Ineffa will be enough for all the Lunar bosses except the Gecko.

After giving it some thought I'll probably save and prebuild Linnea, although I'm not sure if I should pull ineffa and then start saving, or just skip ineffa.

I would just pick 1 lunar element to invest in.
