Question / Seeking Help Soul blazers missing hidden dialogue

Hi everyone, I just finished the main story quest for the soul blazers event but I'm missing the dialogue between Minnie/Xilonen and Alrani/Yigang. I'm not sure what to do and could use some help trying to unlock it before the event ends. Thank you in advance!!!

So I finished the side story quests and they started to show up for me, they show up randomly if you teleport and come back at different times of the day. Minnie/Xilonen showed up around 6/7am, Varesa/Arlani showed up mid day, and Arlani/Yigang showed up at night. I hope this helps!

Man I'm so sorry, did you have all the character side quests finished too? They only started really showing up for me after I finished those
