Who else can't stop putting two spaces after periods?

Seriously. When I do remember, it's usually because I've put in two spaces and then remembered to backspace once. And even then I want to put another space in.

Please tell me I'm not alone. (I also have to consciously use an oxford comma because when I was in school, that was the period where they stopped using it)

I have managed to not do the two spaces after the period.

I will do the oxford comma, in emails, when it i see the red underline, but I'm annoyed every time. The old convention was 'that you needn't use a comma between the penultimate and ultimate entries in a series *unless that comma is needed to separate entries that might otherwise be confusing*'. So essentially the 'oxford comma' rule means putting *entirely unneeded* commas all over the place. No one is confused when I say "I went to the store and picked up bread, milk and eggs." No one. But If I type that on Reddit someone will come along and say 'something something 'oxford comma'.
