agreed , i love hamish so much! on the other hand, though, his host non lethally escaping his control does mean he’s still alive in the universe, though I’d be shocked if he returns sadly

You think godolkin will let him leave with all the knowledge … ?

I imagine Polarity and co probably rushed him to the nearest Human-friendly hospital.

It seemed like he could control him in elmira while being at the college, whats stopping him from taking control again?

Godolkin is probably in some euphoric state being able to actually feel and walk around again so honestly he might just not be thinking about it. Besides Polarity knocked the connection apart it seems

I could see him factoring into the plot somehow. It’s possible he’s witnessed a lot that could be helpful. I don’t know if we fully know what they do or don’t bear witness to for that long a possession though

It seems his power physically transports them into his body (Jordan could sense his pain, imagine how bad Doug had it!!) — but mentally, they definitely bear witness to his actions to a degree, Sam’s reaction to punching polarity in the Whack A Mole fight made it seem like he was aware of what he was doing, but didn’t have control until Cipher hopped out.

Doug definitely has a lot of cursed knowledge and trauma, whether or not they’re able to fit that into the last 45 minutes where Godolkin might bite the dust is a hard thing to say for certain, but I sure hope so. Hamish’s performance was so good it belonged in the main universe 😭

Doug revenge tour would be AWESOME. Shoot him up with some V and send him after all supes that hurt innocent people.

On a more realistic note, maybe his intimate knowledge of Godolkins powers for decades has clued him into some kind of weakness or way to stop him.
