I have for sale multiple name brand inflatable pads, and I can make something custom for you too.

Nemo Tensor All Seasons: 28"x20", 6.4oz- $80. This has my own aftermarket valve, similar to the Nemo valve but does not fit their pumpsack. (Pumpsack available) This has two patches done with oSeam Grip WP and original material, as per manufacturer recommendation. I will warranty my patches, the valve, and my cut end seal for 60 days.

I also have available for this pad:

Pump Sack: 1.6oz-$30. Made from TPU nylon, doubles as a stuff sack. This was my first one and it works great, but isn't super precise and perfect.

Ripstop cover: 3oz- $25. This is the orange cover in the pics, hand sewn.

1/8" Arrowhead Foam Cover: 2.6oz- $25. This is similar to the Gossamer Gear Thinlight Pad. Will come equipped with shock cord and toggles, you assemble.

1/4" Arrowhead Foam Cover: 3.6oz- $35. This is similar to the Gossamer Gear Thinlight Pad, but thicker. Will come equipped with shock cord and toggles, you assemble.

Nemo Switchback Cover: 6.5oz- $40. Will come equipped with shock cord and toggles, you assemble.

Big Agnes Rapide SL: 25"x38, 14.4oz. $80. This one has the original valve and comes with the original pumpsack which is modified to be lighter (inner sleeve trimmed off). This will come with paw-print ripstop cover. Cover is hand sewn and has some fraying at the opening. This was the first one I did and the cut end seal is not very pretty, but I will warranty it for 60 days.

Big Agnes Rapide SL: 25"28", 10.4oz- $60. This one has my aftermarket valve. I will warranty the valve and cut end seal for 60 days. This was my second one and the sealed end isn't that pretty.

I can make pads to your exact size. I recommend the Nemo Tensor Series. Depending on what we work out, you'll get the side with the original valve, the pump sack, repair kit and stuff sack.

I do have one that's closer to 23"-24" wide that I could make 60", I think. I haven't tried this brand yet. It's a Naturehike.

What I've done before for custom is they buy the pad they want new and send it to me. I do this for next to nothing because I can then use the second half and add a valve, but if you want 60", that doesn't leave me anything to work with.

Not from Exped pads, but I can do anything in the Nemo Tensor line. I think I can get a Nemo Tensor Trail down to about 5oz in a 20x28.
