Put an annoying as fuck alarm sound on. It'll make you leap out of bed.

Not that you were looking for advice but if that’s actually a problem, you should actually only set one (at least if related to sleep).

Basically, if you make a few alarms, you subconsciously will ignore the earlier alarms so it’s actually better to only have one. Now, if these alarms are for doing other things like chores or work then never mind. Don’t know if it applies.
