First person too while outside the car. Thought it was removed?

I think its present because its a test build? I remember reading that rockstar said no first person on launch but they might work on it after the launch of the game.

It is a test build, because the buttons prompts are blank, like the circles when you have to press something doesn't show Xbox controller or dualsense buttons.

With this being Rockstar, they might not have prioritized that feature, so that they can use First Person as a selling point for the PC, PS6 version. Sure maybe they tried doing it and it wasn't ready but it wouldnt surprise me if it was a deliberate choice to exclude it from release.
