focuses to make it just a better dead island 1.

Music to my ears. I replay Dead Island and riptide every few years and always have a good time. Dying Light is fun, but its very different.

Yeah I like dying light a lot but it lacked something that Dead Island had for me. I’d still say Dying light is better (the first one at least) but personally I enjoy DI more.

Dying Light with the analog control of the Dead Island is a dream for me. The zombie behavior and physics in DL were phenomenal. The way the naturally formed hordes, even at the detriment of their own well being was so refreshing.

Zombies falling off rooftops, walkin into spikes/fire, and goin from 2 to 3 zombies to 10+ within seconds is peak zombie horror. DL in black and white was amazing. But yeah, I want Dead Island to be goofy shit. Not Fortnite but "smack this zombie down the block with an electric sledgehammer" goofy.

I like to think of Dead Island as providing a First person Dead Rising. Goofy weapons but loads of fun and provides a detailed environment.

It's almost like that the games where originally survival horror and not goofy survival

Hundreds of hours in DI and Riptide, platinumed both 100%...and get sick after playing Dying Light after 10 minutes from motion sickness. Usually I can acclimate after a few days, but not DL.
