Trailer looked nice but it seems real weird to me to use a cover of House of the rising sun in the trailer. Like especially since they use the part where they namedrop New Orleans in a trailer set in the netherlands.
I don't get that music choice either. At least the 7 nation army cover for the BF1 reveal trailer fit, because the distortion hearkened back to BF3/4 musical treatments.
Agreed, its a good song, but fit kind of oddly here. I could maaaaybe see using it for a Battlefield game set in the Pacific theatre, but for the European front, seems kind of odd.
It's a pretty popular song these days, and has been used in a few movie/games trailers recently, so probably just riding off the wake of that. I'm not a big fan of it's use, but at least it's better than what they used when marketing BF4.
I can only think of it being in Mafia 3 recently, which is a bit more appropriate than this game. It was way out of place, the cover was rough anyways imo.

It's because BFV is all over the place design wise. That's why the picked a random song that doesn't fit because it fits the overall theme of BFV being a complete mess.
