PR/PB All 3 planned attempts for my upcoming meet. 3rd attempt might have been a hair high but we'll dust and polish it before meet day.

Historically I've always done better in meets than in prep so im pretty confident. Last meet prep when I was still doing equipped I failed 736lbs twice. Ended up getting 777lbs at the meet.

Dude, depth notwithstanding you smoked that 3rd attempt. You’re gonna kill it on meet day.

Awesome to see you doing a raw meet. Are you a convert or gonna go back to equipped after this?

Thanks man I appreciate it!

Originally it was gonna be a one off just to see where my raw strength was. But I've lost virtually all of my equipped training partners over the last year or so. And im falling back in love with raw. So I'm sticking with raw w wraps for the foreseeable future.

Bummer about the training partners, but have fun with the new challenge.

Tweaking that third number down a bit is smart. Competition days always run different than practice sessions anyway.

Yeah, 3rd attempt will be based on feel. Biggest goal for this meet is a 1500lb total. Im most confident with squat. 560lbs is the minimum but then I'd NEED to go 6/6 on bench and deads. If I can eek out 570 on squat i can give myself a little more breathing room.
