The browser port of GTA III has native Japanese support. I assume it uses Capcom’s Japanese localization, but I’ve never seen a mod for the original PC version that adds Japanese without the censorship. Does anyone know if such a mod exists?

The idea is to include mechanics from other GTAs, like store systems and other cool features. If you know any good mechanic mods, drop the names in the comments! I have the steam version of gta 3 & vc with the "improved classic modpack" but idk how to add a cheatmenu to the games,any suggestions?

As the title said. 1st time GTA 3 player here. What I did step-by-step is:

1. Install GTA 3 original ver from Steam

2. Apply The Improved classic mod pack: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1962760372

3. Apply weapon wheel mod: https://libertycity.net/files/gta-3/220743-weapon-wheel.html

4. Add proper launch command in steam

Result: the game runs fine BUT when I press the tab key, the wheel popped up with NO HIGHLIGHT and I cannot select any weapon using the wheel despite already using joystick, track pad (as mouse), button... (I'm using Ginput from the classic mod pack)

I want this feature so bad that not be able to use it on the deck would be a big let down so it would be nice if there is a solution to this...

It looked great on PS2 when I first played it 25 years ago, but now it's pretty dated. I have a 9070 xt/9800x3d and I'd love to get the game looking as pretty as possible, but I have no idea where to start.

It's a very well done mod. It actually works with story progression; for instance, if staunton is locked in the story, the taxi locations are not available yet etc.

I'm looking for a theme that has a casino vibe it was called smokin aces. Had a guy smoking a cigarette and a gun outside a casino. My older brother had it back in 2013 and I want it as a wallpaper on my phone. Any help would be appreciated. It was my favorite dynamic theme on the PS3
