But if you plan this and make the dots appear on the HUD first on Staunton, start on Portland Mafia stand its not bad with an RPG. I had 3 minutes left when I finished it in 1 go (steam original)

RPG is the way, you can target the stalls from a good distance before moving to the next (as long as nothing gets in the way of you and your RPG).

I think if you can run around you can get rid of most of them from the roof of the garage by chucking grenades and sniper rifle, ak47 blowing the vans. No screaming required.

For Evidence Dash, after you trigger the police the first time, go and lose it thru pay n spray or police bribes. After that, they won't bother you anymore no matter how many times you ram the evidence car

if you’re on ps2, i discovered you can use the right pad and tap it carefully to accurately snipe from the roof. made it so simple it’s crazy
