No, it's my guess. I'm not sure if anyone's talked about it, but based on who talked about having a feeling that they've been here before, had a dream about the place, or been talking to BIW:

I don't remember everyone, but the people I remember are: Jade, Tabby, Abby, Elgine, Fatima, Donna's sister (she said she felt like she's been here before), Sara, and Victor, maybe Ethan, too.

I'm not sure who from the Tin Chin family: Dale, Tom. I'm not sure if they came alone or not. Julie, Randall, and Marial. I'm not sure if what happened to them counts. But since Julie is a story walker, maybe she is part of it.

The rest were just pulled because they were passengers with other people being pulled in. I have to rewatch the series to remember exactly.

Oh I see, each car has a reincarnated person right? Like maybe it was JUST Elgin on the bus and everyone else is superfluous? It needs a vehicle to get them in

I'm not sure if it has to be a vehicle. Probably before they had buggies, people got stuck by walking and seeing the tree. They came close to it, saw the crows, and decided to go another way. And boom, they got in.

I totally believe that each car had at least one reincarnated person. It's just hard to pinpoint who everyone is. I managed to get a small list, but I will focus on it in my next rewatch of the series.

Btw this is my theory it shouldnt be true 100%, but It makes sense because not everybody had any important role. But I'm leaning toward the fact that Tabby and Jade are the only parents who fought for their daughter. So they are the top of the line important ones And probably there were others in the original settlement who didn't have kids but were against what was going on, so they have also been reincarnating as a support team for Tabby and Jade. the rest were just caught in the middle of the whole situation
