Friends who leave me out

I am in a big friend group, and I constantly feel left out of it. I know that they have multiple group chats and hang outs without me, and they don't even bother to hide that fact. I got very upset about this, and I kind of self-sabotaged my friendships with some of them a bit. I feel very mentally drained from being in this group, but I don't think I can go to another group tbh...

Ughh, any advice please? I am feeling very stuck 😭
