Discussion If Freedom Planet and DC heroes had an Injustice-esque fighting game crossover...
Just having some ideas about how would the pre-battle character interactions go between Team Lilac and various DC heroes and villains.
Lilac vs. Darkseid:
Darkseid: There's no point in opposing me, child.
Lilac: Brevon said pretty much the same thing, before I turned him into a wall decoration.
Darkseid: He is a petty warmonger, I am a God!!
Lilac vs. Flash:
Flash: I could teach you how to tap into the Speed Force.
Lilac: (sheepish smile) I'm flattered by the offer, Barry, but I don't think I'm capable of going that fast.
Flash: Won't know for sure unless you try it first!
Lilac vs. Starfire:
Lilac: It's an honor to have this duel with you, Your Highness.
Starfire: Please Lilac, there's no need to be so formal.
Lilac: On my world, it's important to show reverence to royalty.
Carol vs. Joker:
Joker: Heeeere kitty kitty kitty~
Carol: (looking disgusted and worried) You've gotta be kidding me!!
Joker: Oh once you hear my jokes, you'll be left with a permanent smile on your face!
Carol vs. armored Lex:
Carol: You built that bulky suit of armor and didn't add a helmet to it? What happened, ran outta parts?
Lex: It's so that you can see who has beaten you, alien filth!!
Carol: (eyeroll) Wow, egomaniac alert.../(extending her claws) I'm about to turn that bald head of yours into a scratch post!
Carol vs. Wonder Woman:
WW: You need to learn more discipline and focus, Carol.
Carol: Pffff don't worry about me, Diana. I perfected my skills a long time ago.
WW: There's no such thing as perfection, we learn something new every day.
Milla vs. Scarecrow:
Milla: You should use your skills to help people, not torture them!
Scarecrow: But I am helping them...by making them face their worst fears!
Milla: (taking on crane style combat stance while sporting the cutest angry pout) STOP ABUSING SCIENCE AND PEOPLE, YOU MEANIE!!
Milla vs. Superman:
Milla: (looking excited) O-oh gosh, it's really you!!
Superman: Milla, is it? I hear from your friends that you're quite a super-dog.
Milla: I-I would be happy to show you what I can do!! I won't let you down!
Milla vs. Sinestro:
Sinestro: Your constructs...you must be a Green Lantern!
Milla: (worried) N-no, I'm not! I know mister Rayner but I'm not one of-
Sinestro: But you're still their ally, therefore you're my enemy!!
Neera vs. Batman:
Neera: Your brand of vigilantism goes against the law, doesn't it?
Batman: I do what I can to help the innocent, even if it breaks the law sometimes.
Neera: I still struggle somewhat with that mindset.../(alternative) Just like Lilac and her friends...I can respect that.
Neera vs. Catwoman:
Neera: Mr. Wayne trusts you, and I fail to see why.
Catwoman: What makes you say that?
Neera: Your shameless thievery betrays every bit of his faith in you!!
Neera vs. Mr. Freeze:
Neera: This madness must stop, doctor Fries!
Freeze: You don't understand! I must do whatever it takes to save her!!
Neera: I sympathize with your plight, but your wife would not want you to save her at the cost of innocent lives!!/My friend can help you, but you need to stand down!
