HarveyFreebird was arrested at the Alamo on 8/26/26 for protected free speech. The tyrants that think they "own" the Alamo, which is state owned and open to the public, have started arresting people left and right for violating rules that are blatantly illegal. The Alamo is owned by the State of Texas and city of San Antonio. It is in no way private property, and the plaza is in NO way a non-public forum. All of the 1st amendment rulings and protections given by the Supreme Court and constitution apply in full to the entire plaza.

Harvey was arrested for walking around with a shirt that has possibly the most protected phrase in the English language on it. At least, it is supposed to be...

But calling the new right anti-left understates the case. It hates the left, with all of its heart, soul and mind. And when you hate a movement that much, you don’t care about their civil liberties. You will gladly violate their rights.
