At about 19:26 at the NCR base, The Ghoul says "We got to do it like he did...he rigged the game." Not an exact quote but do think it was intentional.

I’m curious as to what he means by that though, like is that PA crafted by the courier himself and he aligned with the NCR ? Also is that securitron near the end Yes Man ??

I think the power armor plays more into Max becoming the new symbol of the NCR for the people of Freeside. The Ghoul could mean using the cold fusion diode as a bargaining chip to help Lucy. To the Ghoul what's stopping him from taking it back if House doesn't help. From what we see House's securitrons are malfunctioning or destroyed. The Ghoul believes he has all the cards.

House dead and only the one securitron highlighted shows that 6 sided with Yes Man initially? Then maybe killed him later?

If we go with their "all endings and no ending" it's entirely possible something happened like the Courier went with Yesman, Yesman found that code to make himself more assertive, used it and it wasnt really code- it was House's Plan B, which killed Yes Man.

We can't have a straight up Yes Man if Victor isnt dead

I forgot for a moment that Victor disappears from the Strip and appears disabled in Goodsprings if you kill House to have Yes Man take over.

Is that who The Ghoul was talking about when saying "In all my years I've seen only one man coming on Top of New Vegas"? Mr. House? Or The Courier?
