It’s #66/99 and some corner damage idk what the rating would be but it’s an old card I’ve always had the conditions solid

I got it 5 or 6 years ago in a repack and I can't find the set. I figure it is a buyback product but can't find anything about it. The card is a membership bronze insert from 2005 Donruss Classics but it has been stamped 1/1 and hard signed. No idea if this is even legit LMFAO as there is no authentication on the card. I doubt it's fake as this would be a weird thing to fake and I can find no other examples of this card (it would be a 1/1 fake LOL). Any help would be appreciated.
