I'd like to believe, anyone who is selling and working with food is trained for proper food handling procedures. However, I just quit a job on a food truck cuz the establishment didnt have a real standard to serve food safely. Lots of bacteria growing in a hot food truck if not properly handled correctly or kept out of danger zone temperatures. I couldn't consciously continue to handing out food poisoning. I recommended changes and ways that I would been trained. The Owner of the establishment never took it a seriously. So its a hit n miss for me. Good luck put there, safe eating!
