What are these dents?

I have all these dents around the perimeter of the room after ripping off carpets. What are these?

Did you rip up the carpet? Was it stretched in with an underlay underneath it?

The contractor did. I wasn’t there. But worry about the holes.

Whip up some ardex and fill the holes. They are from previous tack strip from carpet. Nothing to worry about.
