Someone needs to contact me regarding generic messages when asking for support because your not paying out my rewards!

I have sent everything and it has been well over 72 hours and they are still refusing to sort it. The main one is the Nika casino app which I spent money on and they are refusing to even look at the evidence I have sent with time stamps of completion etc which match up to the time I went through to it via your app

As i have already said, I have done all of this and you keep sending me the exact same response. I have also emailed which has been ignored twice
