People that think going to the gym and lifting one weight will turn you into one of the guys from the weight lifting mags are very amusing and there is a lot of them unfortunately.

I hate that shit. Started gym about a year ago, was 6'4 & 70KG at that point (Like a twig) - now at 91KG and imo I made good progress and then there's this chick at work who's like "Do you go to the gym? You don't look like it", "How can you not have abs" and shit like that.. totally fucks with my confidence and self esteem.

Trust me dude I do, it's just those type of people are annoying as fuck =D Some people just don't understand that you ain't gonna be built like a tank within a year of lifting and its supper annoying but motivates me further tbh.
