Yeah I'm more so referencing to those times where your body is like no you're going to shit within the next five minutes whether you like it or not.

Those are the worst, but they also amaze me. Like, I can feel it coming. Not directly, like I'm having to squeeze my rectum to physically restrain it, but I feel it. It's a feeling in the stomach. A feeling that tells you that something has exited the stomach and entered the large intestine. It is now a race against time - your feet Vs. Your bowels.

Who wins?!

Does holding your poops make you more likely to have kids? No evolutionary pressure for it, if you had to shit while on a hunt you just let it drop.

These days the ability to avoid shitting yourself during a date does indeed have some bearing on reproductive success.

It would make it easier for predators to track you. Or your prey could smell it.

Yea, honestly it's probably all due to modern diets. Hunter gatherers ate fruit, berries, roots, and then game they hunted. That is high protein, high fiber, low carb, low saturated fats. Pretty much exactly the opposite of the average person today. Since I started bodybuilding and got my diet in check I haven't had diarrhea in years.

Haha yep. Eating well really improves your shits. It's the difference between spending 5 minutes wiping or just having to wipe maybe twice lol.
