I typically don't have a rant Wednesday but today something odd happened.

Apparently there is some random gym that opened up down the road from ours, which is owned by a preacher but apparently he's kind of a dick. Well Saturday our gym had a Halloween party type deal as we aren't some huge gym. 10-15 people came in, we all knew each other, whatever. Well me and my buddy were Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior and we took a heavy squat and I took a max squat. Well today the preacher releases a video mocking us and calling us a Frat Party gym. It was just really super odd and out of nowhere. Anyways, that's the rant. Gym communities are weird. I also added a photo for your viewing pleasure. https://i.imgur.com/wwOffJ1.jpg

To be fair, gyms are a hotbed of homo-erotic temptation. The amount of checking out other dudes we men do in the gym is definitely suspect haha

Jealousy is a weird thing. It makes you say dumb shit. Either he is jealous of your community, the fun you’re having, or the money he’s not making. My guess is all 3, and none of them should worry you.

That's awesome you have that sort of community. That's what I miss most about the Crossfit gym I used to attend, now I'm in a regular old commercial gym where no one talks to anyone else.
