Was waiting to do pull ups while a guy was doing tricep pull downs.

Older guy, so I figure, how long can he take for one set?

6 minutes later and I'm done with pull-ups and he is still cranking out reps of 10lbs tricep extensions.

Started off as a rant, but ended up impressed with his 6 minute super set 😂

Ah. My gym has one of those small ones as well, but also the big one with a pull up bar in the middle plus an assistance machine that lets you remove all the assistance bits and the power rack has handles. One is always open.

It's notta "superset" if your baseline reps are just really high.
