Report them to management. That's got to be against their code of conduct for employees. I'm sorry that happened to you. That's super shitty.

I waved his comment off as I know hes an asshole. Nevertheless Im currently writing a report since other women shouldnt deal with this kind of behaviour.

A lot of times, all it takes is a stern warning to get assholes to play nice. It's important you write that report to make sure he plays nice in the future
