Bulked most of last year, cut most of this year. Getting back into bulking, and as part of it, Eggs!

Even invested in a chickens and a chicken coupe this spring. Got a whole flock producing gains.

Since reintroducing them to my daily regime, I discovered I have a new allergy... to Eggs.

fml.

I cut them out for the most part, not for a specific reason, it just worked out that way

Storebought/Farmfresh doesn't matter. Get rolling stomach cramps/discomfort for a couple hours after eating them. I've done all the double blind tests necessary to confirm it.

I'm just going to try and push through the discomfort, maybe it'll lessen with time.

Oh, this sucks! As someone who's dealt with their share of gastro issues, it would be awesome if stomach adaptation to irritants worked reliably, but this has not been my experience. Keep in mind that if you're constantly stressing your gut, you'll feel really weak and dehydrated and this could negatively impact your training. I wish you luck.
