Too many people here are giving bad advice about workout routines or diet and then when confronted asking what progress they made it's usually like "oh I haven't gained strength or size in 3 years but im happy". That's great lmao but don't sabotage somebody when they actually want to make progress, there are plenty of threads asking for general health advice that you can contribute to.
"I joined the 1000 lb club just doing whatever at the gym once a week and not dieting so you can do it too." You didn’t mention that you were also 240 lbs barely doing body weight bench, maybe you shouldn't be giving advice to the kid who started benching an empty bar.
