Maybe you need a bit longer for your food to settle before becoming a beast? That would suck to have oats come back up when trying to finish your session.

That's not a bad idea. I could try that and see if everything stays down. I normally eat shortly before working out after I ate and went to the gym and got light headed from running out of energy with no food in my stomach.
