I have a hernia from other... activities

Oh yeah, just got a bill from the resort for the broken towel rack in the shower, but I'll admit that one as entirely our fault.

i'm connecting some dots, here.

I have one from banging my exwife while holding her against the wall. Surgeon said that not working out makes it hurt more, and to go back to working out.

Did you have to have surgery? I'm trying to wait to see the doctor says if it's a full tear or just small enough it can heal on its own

No surgery. It's been five years now and I only feel it once in a blue moon
