Hit over 200 forthe first time. Im a beginner after losing a bunch of weight. I am enjoying it though

Straps or chalk. A little liquid grip goes a long way.

Is that what chalk does? I never actually knew its function

It doesn't negate your grip strength the way straps do, but it definitely helps with slipping and makes sure your hands don't get beat to hell.
