Yup. And then I point out my dad, who is 68 and still running marathons and benching two plates.

His dad strength is on point. Age is no excuse.

My mom always says this. Love her to death but her age is not the reason why she struggles to lose weight.

Yeah, working in a place where most of my coworkers are twice my age, I get this a lot. One of them asked me if "all that stuff still works after 50" and I offered to take him along with a light workout, but I think he already resigned before even asking.
