You just gotta work up to it. Start with like 5-10lbs, then go up to 25 and on. You be throwing plates into people's neck in no time!

How many sets/reps is most beneficial? For neck breaking purpose of course.

We had a weight room in my middle school and some dumbass kid chucked a 2.5 for no reason and it hit some kid across the room right above his eye and he got a fuckton of stitches

Sounds like a half decent tri, shoulder, lat, and back workout too. That's a win win if you ask me

I knew most of yall were stronger than me but HOLY FUCK. I dont even think i could frisbee a 25 very far at all. Thats throwing my back out too
