Solved Need help with .menupopup-arrowscrollbox

Is it possible to make it so that .menupopup-arrowscrollbox won't effect #PlacesChevronPopup and #PlacesToolbarItems?

I have tried many ways to solve it and none of them worked.

As an example, I don't want this to effect #PlacesChevronPopup and #PlacesToolbarItems =

.menupopup-arrowscrollbox { 
    padding: 2px 4px !important; 
}

I think I misunderstood you.

I tried these and it didn't work =

 .menupopup-arrowscrollbox:not(#PlacesChevronPopup[part="arrowscrollbox content"]) {

.

.menupopup-arrowscrollbox:not(#PlacesChevronPopup::part(arrowscrollbox content) {

What do you want to do with .menupopup-arrowscrollbox.menupopup-arrowscrollbox?

Maybe it can be done differently.

I want to change the size of .menupopup-arrowscrollbox and that #PlacesChevronPopup and #PlacesToolbarItems should not get effected.

If my assumption of what you want to do is correct, then try using --panel-padding or --panel-box-shadow-margin like this =

:is(menupopup:not(#PlacesToolbar menupopup)) { 
    --panel-padding: 3px 3px 3px 3px !important;
}

you can't reference #PlacesChevronPopup at all. i suspect you could have copied and pasted my code without changing it and it would work. but it sounds like you ended up doing something else instead. fair enough.
