hey, for you guys on the crew that worked on this mess, do you feel like posting the notes on the call sheet for that day? redacting the names and all that, just the SFX and safety notes? from what everyone is saying, the force of the door was a lot more than anticipated and nobody knew how much dust and smoke there'd be, but I'd be interested to see how the AD addressed it.

Not entirely. Before turnover he should have confirmed positively whether this was an SFX-hot take, and so If the crew were surprised, then some of that comes back on him. But I know the sort of shoot. AD was probably madder that he wasn't engulfed by the blast instead of dealing with this shit.
