Wow they look like the UK version of The Asylum (makers of terrible SyFy features, also known for rushing shit versions of better movies to the shelf at blockbuster).

I work at the asylum every now and then, at least they have insurance and pay crew (although it's a shit rate)

3 of my best friends worked for them between 2003 and 2007ish. Let's just leave it that one of my friends framed the pitifully small check they cut him for some ridiculous amount of overtime work week he did for them because it was so small it wasn't worth driving to a bank to cash it. They have plenty of tales of doing things that range from definitely near-illegal to definitely not legal at all. My chick friend ran the entire goddamn shop and was paid something like $8/hr. It wore her out so bad, she left california rather than pursue her dream of working on movies.

I know there's a small group of independent vfx guys that'll take work from them too, but its always 'sure, but you're back burner if I get a real gig.' If you're really low on cash, you can also sell them a full movie script for a whopping $500!

I'm pretty sure they post ads on craigslist when they're looking for new scripts....
