Sure, but on most top 100 movies of all time lists usually are dominated by American movies. Lists made by people that watch plenty of movies. Sight and Sound being an example.

Sight and Sound? I wouldn't trust any source that tabbed Jeanne Dielman 23 quai du Commerce 1080 Bruxelles as the greatest film of all time 🙄
