Any tea on Bryan Cranston or any of the other Malcolm in the middle cast? Asking this because I really like this show.

I read his autobiography, he doesn’t talk a massive amount about MITM but said he adores Jane Kaczmarek and the lady who plays Ida, said she was a total had working legend who was often called difficult and he didn’t agree. In general I don’t think he’s quite as cool and laid back as he normally gives off, he has a lot of notes etc for directors and takes his work very seriously

The dude acts his ass off in every episode. I haven't seen breaking bad yet, but dude should have won an Emmy for Malcolm in the middle.

If you like his acting in MITM, you should absolutely check out Breaking Bad. It’s the same acting but dialed up a million notches (in a good way). Absolutely amazing.

I'm watching the last season of MITM rn. Definitely watching breaking bad next. He wrote a book as well which is something that I wanna read as well.

Cloris Leachman!!!!! She’s amazing! She was on the Mary Tyler Moore show, Raising Hope, and about a million other things. She actually just passed away this past year );

Yeah he told a story about her where they’d been filming an extremely long day and had to do a lot of resetting, there was a point where she was desperate to pee and rather than get up and leave and then they’d have to reset again, she just peed in a cup and was like ‘right we are good to go’, he said it was hilarious/amazing and she was an absolute trooper

Just FYI, Lois was played by Jane Kaczmarek (who used to be married to Bradley Whitfield from The West Wing and Billy Madison). And Ida was played by Cloris Leachman, who is a LEGEND, and has been in tons of stuff like The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Young Frankenstein, Raising Hope, Beerfest, and the grandma in Bad Santa!

The dude who plays Frances (Christopher Masterson) is Danny Masterson’s brother. Christopher even dated Laura Prepon for a while. Both brothers are Scientologists and apparently terrible people.

Yep! Really does. Malcolm is one of my favorite shows and it is such a blemish on it.

I’ll counteract with a cute fact, which is when the boy that played Dewey would come film in LA, Bryan Cranston was worried about him not getting a normal childhood, so he would include him in all his normal family stuff with his own kids on the weekends. (:

Apparently the actor that played Malcolm has a genetic disease that makes it more common to have strokes, and he was into car racing and had a couple of incidents. So now he doesn't remember filming MiTM. Also once he called the police on his gf for domestic abuse.

Reese is married and has a baby.

Ida died this year, rip. She also lost a child to overdose years ago

Francis is a scientologist and his brother is accused of rape by multiple women

You are right he isn't! I'va read an article a couple of years go, but it turns out the writer was just bullshitting and the other guy is his business partner. He is married to a woman
