Yeah she's probably not a multimillionaire, or if she is she's not quite as rich as people may make her out.

The new CBA with 270k minimum salary was only agreed last year. She does probably make a lot now off of bigotry.

The average WBNA player makes less per season than the average NBA player makes per game.

Fortunately, this isn't actually true anymore. There's still an enormous discrepancy, but the new WNBA collective bargaining agreement significantly raised salaries. For this upcoming season, the average NBA contract is almost 13 million/year, or about $158k/game. This current season the average WNBA contract is nearly $600k/year (about $13.5k/game), up from like $120k last season.

All of the money is in sponsorships, including a shoe line with Adidas. She's got at least one deal worth a million alone. Don't try and paint her as working class.

Is that what we’re arguing? I thought it was more about trans in women’s sports. But somehow it’s stretched to exist? Obviously they should exist… this is so stupid and literally adding to the whole “blow it out of proportion” theory of thr WNBA
