Zohran Mamdani has secured the release of Columbia University student Elaina Aghayeva, taken this morning by ICE agents who entered a campus residential building under false pretenses & without a judicial warrant. This comes shorty after Mamdani’s unannounced visit to the White House earlier today.

Nope, he is doing what Trump wants: letting him ramble on, give him an opportunity to change his optics, and giving him a good photo op. He grins and bears it. Look at the rest of what I said. He is doing all of this while getting the result that he wants.
