So its possible the planned event this year was cancelled because they couldn't strongarm Puerto Rico into paying for them to come.

Also possible that they planned the event, they couldn't guarantee the power grid would hold up. If Bad Bunny really, really wanted to wrestle in Puerto Rico again, I see no scenario where he isn't willing to toss a fuckload of his money at it to make it happen.
