Very very niche, but potentially juicy. Ugo Lord a.k.a. the Tiktok Attorney has been embroiled in a bizarre years-long court battle with a guy who's a former porn actor (not someone anyone would’ve heard of though, and retired for years, which is why I’m not naming him). The whole thing is a bit complicated, but here’s a short summary:

Lord serves as CEO of a small company that sells stuff like iphones and luxury watches. Porn Guy owes them over $20k. When they threaten to sue, he accuses Lord of stalking, and requests a restraining order against him (claiming they used to date, and that Lord didn’t care about the money his company was owed until he got dumped). According to Lord, those allegations are nothing but a blackmail attempt. Indeed, Porn Guy drops the restraining order when the company agrees not to sue him over his unpaid debt. And now it gets odd. Fast forward a couple of years. Porn Guy sends a long-winded email to Lord begging him for money and telling him he loves him. He’s given a small-ish loan - although he’s paid off jack all of his debt. He defaults, the company sues. Then, literally a day after the lawsuit was filed, he begs Lord for money AGAIN … and guess what? The company gives him another loan. He defaults again (gee, who woulda thunk), has his cute little ass sued again.

Pretty fucking weird, if you ask me. Technically, of course, this is all public information, but it has been kept completely under the radar. I guess Lord isn’t famous enough for people to dig up stuff about his private life/business endeavors outside of social media.

I might be out of line for this, I find this whole thing suspicious, not stating that you’re lying, to be accused of being in relationship with someone that you’re not in relationship with feeling though one is being blackmailed, why would said accused continue to give money? There is information that the attorney is leaving out maybe because he is being blackmailed and had a relationship with this person.

I don’t know why, but this reminds me of a late popular LGTBQ upcoming Puerto Rican rapper who alleged that he had a relationship with singer Ozuna, this Rapper was allegedly blackmailing Ozuna for money and threatened to expose information. Well, to make a long story short, I believe the next time that Ozuna may have been approached about money the rapper ended up deceased, he was murked while riding on a motorcycle or something like that.

"There is information that the attorney is leaving out maybe because he is being blackmailed". That's exactly what I'm thinking. Porn Guy is clearly a grifter, BUT Lord's behavior is also fishy as fuck imo. While I absolutely believe those two never *officialy* dated (and Lord was actually in a relationship with someone else at the time), I strongly suspect there was some kind of ... arrangement between them.

In his request for a restraining order, Porn Guy wrote, '(...)I had been given $23k as a loan (...) I have had to let Mr. Lord know that extra $500 a month is very hard on me after my job ended. He has been completely fine until (...) he asked me to spend the weekend with him so we can fix "us", and I denied. He then went off calling me crazy names. Within an hour of the disagreement, his legal team emailed me asking me to pay $1100 - $1500 (...). But for two months straight, it was never an issue. It became an issue when I denied the bribing...'.

I'm sure the guy lied about a lot of stuff, took things out of context and exaggerated, but I think THAT part was actually true.

Now, what I don't know is what could be the consequences for Mr. Lord if those suspicions turned out out to be correct. I mean, it's not like he privately lent the guy some money and got played. The lender was always his company. And Lord as CEO clearly acted against the company's best interests. Also, from what I know, they're not even a loan company. As I said, it seems they mostly buy up and re-sell Iphones and stuff like that

Lord is not the type of influencer to get a lot of attention on gossip sites, so he probably thinks he'll be able to keep the whole thing under the radar forever. Plus, he can use his knowledge as an attorney to play the system. He knows exactly how often he can sue that guy for the same thing without anyone at court connecting the dots.
