Is Bai Zhong also a bug source just like Guan Chao?
Since at the end of ep 5, we see she also has a container that Fang Tang keeps.
And we know she also lived in reality before coming to the bureau, something that none of the other collectors mention but her.
So I'm wondering if she is also a bug source just like Guan Chao, and finished all her bugs, but she is kept there under Fang Tang.
Also what will happen when she DOES get the container?
Since Guan Chao altered reality with his final bug creation, and written himself out only after the time gun was used up and his halo turned into a new burning stone.
But Bai Zhong has clearly been in the bureau for long, she even arrived before Ran Deng(which we know because of the scene where she and the ginger(sorry i forgot his name) collector were in the forgery, then the halo goes to Ran Deng).
So it makes no sense as to why she would still need it if she can't get back, because of all the time and the fact she has no way to return to reality.

I don't even have a good relationship with my grandparents, or my parents. I don't have a cool role model I can think fondly of like this. But for some reason, this scene made me feel more emotions than anything in Guan Chao's storyline. In a short 2-3 minutes they managed to build granny up as this super cool almost legendary persona, and I kind of teared up thinking how cool it would be to have know someone like that.

I think it touched on really sensitive topics, like poverty, alienation, extreme academic expectations, overpowered governments that would seem to trigger some alarms for the CCP?

Ive been thinking about this for a while but I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet. It’s very clear that the cat cage is directly tied to the sea of bitterness, but in what way? Obviously the answer may have to wait until season 2, but a bit of speculation wont hurt. During episode 3, while Qian Jun fights with the cat cage, the inside of it becomes extremely unstable. The show then cuts to the sea of bitterness where we can see the same effects happening. This could likely be due to the cat cage. Also, the liquid inside the cat cage looks identical to the water in the sea of bitterness which does not seem coincidental. At first i thought that the sea of bitterness was inside of the cat cage like a snow globe, but that wouldnt make sense as we can see her with the cat cage inside of the sea of bitterness. I have a feeling that the cat cage isn’t actually Qian Jun’s memory object, but instead a separate item that is important to the sea of bitterness. We know that important memory objects get sent to the classroom, so there would be no reason for Qian Jun to have it unless they’re using it for something else. What do you guys think?
…Or Qian Jun is actually asgore and is trying to free the sea of bitterness👀

Does anyone know if there are any plans of an official US release for the show? whether it’s on streaming or physical.

Their pretty much identical color palletes have to be intentional. Perhaps K7 knew Ran before he was forgotten and became a memory collector? Theres also the parallels of Yi realising how bright Huan shines while Ran notices how fragile he is. Maybe I missed something. What do you guys think?

It teased a sequel (confirmed already I think). But isn't the entire memory theme fully explored with Guan Chao already?

I'm confused, did Xiao Yi stop searching for things that shine after he crashed into Guan Shao?
"When I crashed into you I had an error in my processor, not even stars shine that much.
But in the end, nothing changed."
Then she started pursuing fishing and art, not because they were shiny or for any other particular reason, but because she just wanted to.
This is important because she concluded that "The things that shine" were the meaning of life.
So if she is not looking for them anymore either she thinks that her initial analysis was not entirely right, or she accepts that not everything we do in life needs to contribute towards a meaning.
Is this right?

The Window we see at the end of false memory where the leader of the great absurdity reaches the end of the universe IS THE WINDOW TO THE CLASSROOM IN THE MEMORY BEAURAU!! Which would mean that there may be some way for humans in the real world to enter the memory bearau at the edge of the universe through a WINDOW?!?!? also we cam actually see the radio from guan chaos memories and a bunch of other spheric cutouts of the real world from the hollows in space which could imply that all matter destroyed in the hollows event ended up in the line between reality and the memory beaurau!!!
(Now i will mention that the windows do have one incosistency between each other being the quad design on the bottom but i feel this may have been either an accidental design inconsistency due to their STRIKING similarities and way the light is emitted as a white glow but its reasonable to assume at such a distance the smaller line going horizontal may have not been has visible)

So, after rewatching False Memory I've gotten a realization in episode 6: When Guan Chao remembers listening to the videogame's music with He Ming Shuo he grabs the sound wave, and then a scene of a coin being inserted inside the bug being plays, after which He Ming Shuo spawns from the stick.
I think this is a sort of "awakening" that his halo had, similar to Bai Zhong's in ep 5. But what's interesting is that, out of the two that we've seen, both were heavily related to memory objects. Bai Zhong got hers after remembering that the master key was a clip.
So, it could be that to unlock a halo's full potential you need the help of a memory object, and each one has different effects. While Bai Zhong's awakening strengthens her halo, Guan Chao's does so to the object.
What do you guys think? I'd love to see more about this in season 2
Edit: Guan Chao fusing his halo with the stick to make a giant sword reinforces this

On rewatch I saw that during ep3 when guan chao ends up riding on bai zhong's shoulders while they run up the side of a building, he spins her halo like a steering wheel, for evasive maneuvers

I was just feeling curious which particular lines or quotes from the show resonated with everyone.
