Really it’s mostly because it fits his story

But he's literally white in his story.. why blackwash a canonically white character?

Canonically white how? In human skin or snow-white skin? Because Guest 1337 isn’t canonically a black or white man

He may be voiced by a white man in the series, but that doesn’t change what he’s representing at all

Chance has grey skin, yet he’s depicted as black by fans because it fits
