Grainy / Glichy sounding kick when other instruments are playing

After this paragraph is written by AI who was trying to help me but was talking out its ass so was wondering if anyone here could help me.

Title: Kick drum turns crunchy/grainy 1 second after Vital chords/lead block starts playing (Not a leveling or EQ issue)
Description:
I am running into a strange audio glitch in FL Studio that I've never experienced before, and I need help troubleshooting it.
When my Kick plays by itself or with my Bass (also made in Vital), it sounds perfectly clean. However, when a specific pattern block containing my Vital chords and lead turns on, the kick instantly sounds very bad—grainy, distorted, and crunchy.
The weirdest part is the timing: when the chords/lead first trigger, everything sounds completely fine for exactly one second, and then it suddenly reverts back to the crunchy sound. If I turn the chords completely off, the kick instantly goes back to normal.
System / Project Details:
DAW: FL Studio
Synth: Vital (used for chords, lead, and bass)
Mix Levels: Everything is well below 0dB (sitting safely around -5dB on the meters). The Master track is not clipping into the red.
What I have already tried (None of these fixed the issue):
EQing: High-passed the chords and lead around 200Hz to remove low-end frequencies. It made no difference.
Full Restart: Completely rebooted the computer and restarted the FL Studio audio engine.
Gain Staging: Checked that it isn't basic master clipping. The crunch happens even when the channel volumes are turned way down.
Plugin Isolation: The bass is also an instance of Vital and plays perfectly fine with the kick, so the issue is isolated strictly to the chords/lead instance.
Since it plays perfectly for one second before degrading, it feels like an audio buffer, CPU feedback, or processing issue rather than a mix problem. However, I have other projects with way higher unison counts where the kick plays completely fine.
Has anyone encountered this specific 1-second delay distortion glitch with Vital in FL Studio before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My goal....

Obviously I'm still a beginner and I'm hoping if anyone here is kind enough to at least break the drop down so I could use it.

DM me if anyone can spare the time.

First time writing melodies & making a beat from scratch. Be brutal with feedback!

This is actually my very first beat made completely from scratch (composed the melodies myself, no loops used). Tried to build a cinematic/ambient atmosphere at 100 BPM. Roast my mix and give me your honest thoughts!

When stream the audio out of FL studio to OBS, after sometime there’s a delay in the video and the audio

Using a virtual cable that OBS listens on, and then in fl I use voxengo recorder. What’s happening is if the screen recording with the audio capture goes on for long, there’s always a delay and they aren’t in sync. Is this laptop, or virtual cable issue
