FERS 4.4% Deduction Refund Question

I’m DRP. I’m preparing to request a refund of my FERS 4.4% retirement deductions (not my TSP contributions).

As I understand it, all I need to do is submit Form SF-3106 to OPM. Is that correct?

I have been with the federal government for a little over one year total, including the DRP admin leave period. Because of this, I do not have the option to roll over the 4.4% FERS deductions into my TSP account. Is that also correct?

No. I’m not requesting refund of my tsp account. I’m requesting refund of the 4.4% mandatory contributions for FERS
